Device Setup Screen
Station
33. Select the drop-down button in the upper left-hand corner of
the screen and highlight the station required to assign data.
IMPORTANT: The Total Stations entered on the
Configuration screen (see Figure 10) determine the
stations that display in this drop-down menu.
When there are multiple stations in the system, each
station must have a different station number. These
station numbers must differ, even if programmed by
separate computers.
NOTE: Select All from the Select drop-down menu.
This is an alternate method that check marks the
check boxes for the fields that require data entry.
If Select / All is not used, make sure to press the
Enter key after the completion of each field.
Site Tab
Device Reset
CAUTION
Selecting this field can result in the loss of data
entered to all fields on the Device Setup screens.
Ignore this field at this time. Refer to the section entitled
Purge the Controller on Page 14 for details.
Device Password
Technical service personnel use this password to
troubleshoot the system. Do not change the password.
Set the Time and Date
34. Enter the current time [in military format, (9 P.M. is entered
as 21:00)] and date in the format shown. This time and date
sets the Controller’s clock*.
Owner’s Name, Address
35. Enter your business data.
Phone Number
36. Enter the phone number of the phone line connected to the
PC’s modem. The Controller calls this number if a future
call-back feature is added.
Time to Save (0-24)
Leave the default value of 4. This field is not currently used.
37. Select the Data tab on the Device Setup screen.
• See Figure 12.
* Complete these fields just prior to a Download (step 52).
This ensures the most accurate time stamp.

38. Enter the number of tanks in the chosen station.
39. Press the Enter key.
• The field highlights in yellow.
Sensor/Tank
40. Select the drop-down menu and highlight the
number of the current tank to enter data.
Tank Shape
41. Select the drop-down menu and highlight the
shape of the tank.
Unit of Height and Volume
42. Select the drop-down menu to change the units as
required.
Sensor Coefficient 1 and 2
43. Enter the COEF 1 and COEF 2 values displayed
on the conduit elbow of the Probe. See Figure 1.
44. Press the Enter key for each field
• The field highlights in yellow.
