How can I sync my contacts?
You might already see your contacts in the People app if you added or already linked an
email account (like Outlook, Exchange, or Gmail) with your Microsoft account. When you
signed into your phone, the contacts from that account were automatically added to the
People app.
If you don’t see contacts in the People app, or there are contacts you want to add, the
easiest way is to add all of your different email and site accounts to the People app.
