Swipe up on the notification to get rid of it. Or, just ignore it. It'll automatically disappear in a
few seconds.
If you don’t get to a message in time, swipe down from the top of your screen to go to action
center and see it—along with your other unread messages. Tap the arrow to see the whole
message and reply right from action center.

How can I make a Skype video call?
Windows 10 Mobile has built in the Skype video calling function, which means you can make
free Skype video calls over Wi-‐Fi or cellular data* without installing another app. It's an easy
way to see someone's smiling face and keep in touch.
