The minimum service life established by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce for these burners is
10 (ten) years. Pursuant to the applicable law, the producers and suppliers undertake to provide
service and spare parts to the burners for this period.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Be sure to have the installation and commissioning operations done by an Authorized Dealer or
ALARKO CARRIER Service Engineer.
Except for the operations specified in this Manual, do not touch any part of your burner
When transporting the burner, the labels stating . “This side up” and “Fragile” as placed on the
side surface of the burner packaging should be obeyed.
In cases where the burner needs to be carried after removal from its packaging, do not hold by the
heater, pump or fuel pipes. The best method of carrying the burner is to lift from the bottom of its
casing, using the combustion head as a point of support.
When selecting the burner you require, please choose a nozzle suited to the capacity required.
The regulations concerning the use of burning apparatus and boiler rooms are established by
TSE, (Turkish Standards Institute).
You may obtain information on this subject from the Alarko Carrier Service Department.
When performing daily operations, be sure to take the operating sequence into consideration when
diagnosing any fault following a prolonged period of stoppage.
It is suggested that the annual periodic maintenance of your burner as well as its commissioning
be made at the beginning of each heating season by your Authorized dealer or an Alarko Carrier
Service Engineer.
Keep any inflammable or combustible liquids/solids away from the burner.
The Alarko ALM 125/2 and ALM 174/2 light oil burners;
- are designed to use light oils having a viscosity in the range of 6 cSt at 20ºC, for the capacities
between 53,4 -174 kg/h.
- are equipped with all required safety elements according to international standards
- are equipped with an automatic ignition system, and
- are supplied with “The User Manual” , “Certificate of Warranty”, “Authorized Dealers Address
Booklet”, “Nozzles (2 pieces)”
