This Manual has all the information concerning the USE and MAINTENANCE of any ALM light-oil
burner produced by ALARKO.
Please read this Manual carefully. This will then allow the burner to operate economically with high
efficiency and be problem free. This manual should always be kept available as a source of
reference.
Our Authorized Dealers and Services will be happy to install the burner at its place of operation, and
after making the necessary connections, they will provide you with necessary information
concerning the use and maintenance of your equipment.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
for the Alarko ALM 125/2 and ALM 174/2 light oil burners;
The materials used in these products have been selected so that their safe and proper performance
are ensured. The materials and construction of these burners are resistant to all chemical,
mechanical and thermal influences to which they may be exposed during their expected service life.
No asbestos or asbestos containing materials have been used in the construction of these burners.
The installation and user instructions, data plate, packaging and other labels have been translated
into the official language of the country of destination, and take into account the national installation
regulations of the country concerned.
All electrical equipment complies with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive (73/23/EEC).
These burners comply with the requirements of the EMC Directive (89/336/EEC) and Machinery
Directive (89/37/EC)
Sharp borders and edges, which could give rise to injury, have been avoided.
The sealing compounds used in the construction of these burners are suitable for contact with oil
and for the mechanical and thermal conditions to which they may be subjected. They will remain
effective under normal conditions of appliance use.
The mains supply voltage can be either 230V or 400V. All electrical accessories and their
assemblies correspond to the relevant EN standards.
Provided that the principles, warnings and standards as set out in this Operation Manual are
complied with, the burner is under the warranty of ALARKO CARRIER against any faults of
materials and workmanship for a period of not less than 3 (three) years starting from the date of
sale.
The Certificate of Warranty must be filled out and forwarded to ALARKO CARRIER by the Dealer
who sold you the burner. Please ensure that this Dealer has completed and sent off the Certificate
of warranty to ALARKO CARRIER.
