Following the connection to the
boiler and the pushing forward and
pulling back operations, the burner is
pulled back from the nozzle holder
onto which the nozzle is to be
installed is reached. The plastic plug
on the nozzle holder is removed and
the
nozzles
supplied
in
the
accessories bag are fitted. Further
information on nozzle sizing is
provided in the sections dealing with
nozzle selection.
These burners have the following
Advantages:
1) The combustion head and diffuser
are easily accessible during all
service and maintenance operations.
2) The nozzle and ignition electrodes
may be easily replaced via the screw
connections.
3) The combustion head may be
removed
together
with
the
connecting piece by unscrewing two
M6
cylindrical screws (11) (See
figure 10).
ELECTRODE ADJUSTMENTS
Check the dimensions of the electrodes with respect to the nozzle after every adjustment
on the diffuser. The dimensions are in millimeters.
