SPRAYING EQUIPMENT 10 MRX, 12 MRX IN 15 MRX
The 10 MRX, 12 MRX and 15 MRX spray booms are
manually
operated (manual opening and
closing). They are equipped with a trapeze suspension for continuous adjustment of the boom to the
terrain conditions, a lateral oscillation stabiliser, a safety mechanism and bayonet nozzles with a
diaphragm anti-drip system. All spraying equipment is factory equipped with flattened jet fissure
nozzles. Distance between the nozzles is 50 cm.
14.1
TRAPEZE SUSPENSION
The four-point trapeze system (Figure 14.1) allows terrain tracking (
10
slope). For a flawless
operation of the trapeze, make sure it is correctly adjusted and the sliding surfaces (plates) are
lubricated with a sufficient amount of grease. Special attention should be paid to the adjustment of the
sliding plates. They should have a minimum clearance so that the boom automatically returns to the
horizontal position when it is unblocked and moved slightly.
The purpose of the blocking mechanism is to limit the trapeze movement (the boom adapts to the tilt of
the sprayer).
Operation with the blocking mechanism engaged:
•
transport position;
•
if one side of the boom is closed;
•
parallel driving across the slope steeper than 7
.
If the gradient of the slope is less than 7
, de-block the boom (Figure 14.1) and adjust the tensioners
(the spray boom must be parallel to the ground) – the spray boom will follow the adjusted inclination
angle.
