7.5. PUMP MANOMETER
There is a manometer on the regulator.
The liquid which exits from regulator flows to
manometer then spraying nozzles. You can
adjust the pump pressure by means of the
tractor pto by using of pressing values
(Fig. 17).
7.7.
EMPTYING OF TANK
There is a spherical valve on the machine
for emptying the tank (Fig. 1
8
).

7.8.
HAND WASHING TANK
There is a hand washing tank on th
e
machine (Fig. 1
9
).
Mixture of water and liquid is divided by diaphragm on pumps that all
mechanical parts are completely within the oil. By this way losses and
damages that caused by friction are reduced and we can get the
maximum efficiency from the pump.
Turning of crank and the movement of pistons that connected to
connecting rod are conveyed to diaphragms with oil pressure.
Positive pressure occurs in the forward movement of diaphragms, in this
case the pressure valve is opened, and suction valve is closed.
The pressure valve is closed and suction valve is opened in the backward
movement of diaphragm. This movement is repeated at equal intervals
for every turning of crank in each piston. The liquid that come to regulator
is regulated with spring valves and the liquid is gotten ready to use.
Required spraying pressure is provided by engaging the wire to notches
on regulator latch. Excess liquid is refilled back to tank.
7.6. PUMP WORKING PRINCIPLE
Safety valve ensures to returning of overpressure. For setting to zero of
pressure (bar), unlatch the catch as shown in figure 1
4
. For getting in
working position, latch the catch (Fig. 1
5
).
