1. INTRODUCTION
This manual describes the regulations for usage and maintenance
of machine. This manual is an integrating part of product and must
be kept in a safe place consultation during the whole life span of the
machine.
It is user’s responsibility to check that the machine is operated only in
optimum conditions of safety for people, animals and property.
So machine must be used by trained person who knows all usage rules
mentioned in this book.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
This trailed type machine isn't self moving and towed by tractor by attaching
of machine's drawbar. The tank capacities are 1000, 1600 and 2000 liters.
Also 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000 liters mounted type machines that mounted to
tractor's hydraulic lifting unit and universal three point linkage system are
manufactured. This machine can be transported easily to the field.
All field crops can be sprayed with this machine. Spraying is done with nozzles
on the boom and it protects the grains (wheat, barley, oat, sorghum, cotton,
beat, sunflower and canola) from diseases and pests. It also provides removal
of the weeds. Sprayer is available in working widths of 6-8-10-12-14-18
meters. There are mechanical (with roller) or hydraulic lift (with balance)
system on the booms. Sprayers with boom are ideal types for struggling with
weeds. Hose and spray gun can be attached to spraying machines. Trailed
types of sprayers are attached to tractor's drawbar and mounted types of
sprayers are attached to tractor with 3 point linkage system and it takes the
movement from PTO shaft. Tank capacity is 400-500-600-800-1000 liters for
mounted type sprayers and 1000-1600-2000 liters for trailed type sprayers.
Tanks are made from polyethylene or fiberglass.
2.1. AREAS OF USAGE
Sprayer protects the plants (wheat, barley, oat, sorghum, cotton, beat,
sunflower and canola) from diseases and pests. It also provides removing of
the weeds. Also orchards, fruit trees in gardens and animal shelters can be
sprayed by attaching hose and spray gun. You must obey the rules in this
manual otherwise the machine can be damaged.
Don't fill water and pesticide to the machine before going to the field.
