The distance between spraying nozzles is 50 cm. Nozzle height from the
land should be 50 cm. The lengths of standard booms that fixed on
chassis are 8-10-12 meters and the lengths of booms with hydraulic
adjustment are 12-14-18 meters. Nozzle connection components are
galvanized and the nozzle frame is made from brass or plastic. Hole
diameter of nozzles is 1-1, 5-2 mm.

If we give an example; 0.86 liter/minute flow rate is obtained from a
nozzle (hole diameter is 1.2 mm) on 10 bar pressure.

n: 16 Q= 1.9 x 16 = 13.76 liter/minute
v: 5.4 km/h
B: 16x50 cm = 800 cm = 8 meter

N= 13.76 x 60 / 8 x 5.4 N= 19.10 liter/ 1000 m
According to the above formula, 19.10 Lt water is thrown away to per

1000 m with 16 nozles (10 bar) machine and 5.4 km/h tractor speed.
If we want to spray with 60 liters water instead of 19.10 liters then we
just should adjust the tractor speed.
V= Q x 60/ N x B
V= 13.76 x 60 / 60 x 8
V= 1.72 km/h
