7.3. REGULATOR
Disengage the pressure selection latch, open one of the stopcocks and
then run the pump a few minutes on zero-pressure to empty the air
(Fig. 13).
Choose one of four positions (1-2-3-4) with selection latch for adjusting
the working pressure. You can make more sensitive adjustment with
adjusting screw (Fig. 13). You can declutch by lifting up the lever without
removing pressure selection latch (Fig. 14) and you can shift the working
position easily by pressing the latch (Fig. 15).

Rotation speed of the pump shouldn't be exceeded of 540 rpm. Fuel
consumption of tractor is lowest in this period. Even if you exceed the speed of
540 rpm, the pressure and efficiency don't be increased. There are only
unnecessary corrosions and worn-outs. If you use the machine on higher
rotation speeds, the responsibility is yours.
There are following regulators on the machine.
Three outlets regulator, seven outlets regulator with catch, regulator with
handle for general turning off (
italian type
) and regulator with handle of
general and partial turning off (
italian type
). Also a pressure valve can be
attached to regulator levers.

7.4. SAFETY VALVE
There are two types of safety valve
on the pumps and these valves are
used separately for 40bar pumps
and 50bar pumps (Fig. 1
6
). Safety
valves prevent the going over the
limit of pressure (bar).
