Lubricate / grease the machine at the stated frequency.

Carefully clean the lubrication points and the grease pump before lubrication to avoid any dirt getting
into the bearings. Drain contaminated grease out of the bearings and replace with new grease!

3.2.4. Lubrication

The cage rollers are attached using two self-aligning bearings with greasers.
To ensure the self-alignment operates correctly, the bearings must be greased at the start

of each new season and then regularly throughout the season.

Use lithium grease reinforced with molybdenum disulphide / Grade NLG12. AGRISEM

INTERNATIONAL may not be held liable if another type of grease is used.

The following points must be lubricated regularly:

- Narrow, wide positioning part, L

- Check the oil level, M

- Top up if necessary, N

The batchers must not be lubricated.
