Agilent 93000 SOC Series User Training Part 1, October 2004

Define software

Enter the Software bin number.

This number represents the bin in the testflow, on the result display,

and in the datalog.

(up to 2 alpha-numerical characters).

Enter the Software description.

This description also appears on the result display and in the

datalog.

N O T E

The software bin is used in the datalog and the results display, whereas

the hardware bin is available in external libraries to direct a device to

a physical bin (or to ink a die).

Define hardware

Enter the Hardware bin number.

This number can be used by prober/handler library for physical

binning purposes (0...999).

General definition

Enter the Color in which the bin shows up in the testflow and also

in the results display and real time wafermap.

Select whether reprobe actions should be performed prior to

binning the device (Reprobe).

If a device ends up in a reprobe bin, the device is reprobed and the

whole testflow is executed again. The data collected in the first run

is marked as reprobe data. If the device hits a bad bin again, it has

finally failed the test.

Select whether the Overon flag should be set for the bin.

This flag can be useful in developing a testflow. It allows you to

continue the testflow after the current stop bin. If set, and the

global overon flag has also been set, then even if a device falls into

this bin, the flow continues immediately after the bin following the

dotted lines.

NOTE

You can define an otherwise bin, which is invoked if the flow termi-

nates without hitting a bin element (
