3. Remove the lower electrode from the DUT insert.

4. Insert the replacement lower electrode in the DUT insert.
NOTE
The tip of the lower electrode is thin and easily bent. To prevent the tip of the lower
electrode from contacting the inside of the DUT insert and being bent, insert the lower
electrode vertically against the DUT’s bottom surface.
5. Insert the DUT insert in the bottom of the fixture so that the bottom screws settle into
the holes in the bottom of the fixture.
