MAINTENANCE
1.2.7. Cleaning the warming surfaces
Use a cloth slightly dampened with warm soapy water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly. Alternatively, use a neutral de-
tergent suitable for the material being cleaned (glass) and
follow the detergent manufacturer’s instructions. Never
use acidic or abrasive detergents.
Do not wet the warming surfaces with cold water
when they are hot. Risk of thermal shock and break-
age.
1.2.8. Cleaning the tank or steel surface
Clean the tanks and surfaces
daily
to maintain high levels
of hygiene and performance.
50 Bain-marie tanks
Wait for the water to cool down and remove the
overflow to empty the tank. Then use a cloth soaked
in warm soapy water or specific products for steel.
Finish by rinsing and drying.
50 Static cooling tanks/surfaces
Remove the drain plug to drain the condensation
water. Then use a cloth soaked in warm soapy water
or specific products for steel. Finish by rinsing and
drying.
Warming dry tank
Use a cloth soaked in warm soapy water or specific
products for steel. Finish by rinsing and drying.

SWITCH OFF THE ELECTRICAL POWER SUP-
PLY TO THE APPLIANCE TO PREVENT THE
FANS FROM MOVING.
Lift the fans as shown in the figure to make the
tank easier to clean and to access the condensation
drainage hole.
Then use a cloth soaked in warm soapy water or
specific products for steel. Finish by rinsing and
drying.

1.2.7. Pulizia dei piani di mantenimento
Per la pulizia utilizzare un panno appena imbevuto di
acqua calda saponata e terminare con un risciacquo e un’a-
sciugatura accurata. In alternativa utilizzare prodotti neutri,
adatti al materiale da pulire (vetri) e seguire le indicazioni
del produttore del detergente. Non usare assolutamente
detergenti acidi o abrasivi.
Non bagnare i piani di mantenimento con acqua
fredda quando sono caldi. Pericolo di shock termico
e rottura.
1.2.8. Pulizia della vasca o del piano in acciaio
La pulizia delle vasche e dei piani va fatta
quotidianamen-
te
per mantenere livelli elevati di igienicità e le prestazioni
dell’apparecchiatura.
50 Vasche bagnomaria
Attendere il raffreddamento dell’acqua e rimuovere
il troppopieno per svuotare la vasca. Successiva-
mente utilizzare un panno imbevuto di acqua calda
saponata o prodotti specifici per l’acciaio. Terminare
con un risciacquo e un’asciugatura.
50 Vasche/piani refrigerate/i statiche/i
Rimuovere il tappo di scarico per far defluire l’acqua
di condensa. Successivamente utilizzare un panno
imbevuto di acqua calda saponata o prodotti
specifici per l’acciaio. Terminare con un risciacquo e
un’asciugatura.
Vasca calda secca
Utilizzare un panno imbevuto di acqua calda sapo-
nata o prodotti specifici per l’acciaio. Terminare con
un risciacquo e un’asciugatura.

DISINSERIRE L’ALIMENTAZIONE ELETTRICA
DELL’APPARECCHIO PER EVITARE CHE I VENTI-
LATORI SIANO IN MOVIMENTO.
Sollevare i ventilatori come mostrato in figura per
avere maggiore libertà di pulizia della vasca e acces-
so al foro di drenaggio condensa.
Successivamente utilizzare un panno imbevuto di
acqua calda saponata o prodotti specifici per l’ac-
ciaio. Terminare con un risciacquo e un’asciugatura.
