USE
1.2. SUPERSTRUCTURES (WHERE PRESENT)
Depending on the model, there different superstructure
models that can be fitted. Please refer to the model in your
possession.
Cooling
appliances, depending on the model, have four
different types of superstructure, which can all be lit with
LEDs:
- open on the server and customer side;
- with 3 glass shelves, with doors on the server side and
flaps, sliding doors, hinged doors or closed glass on the
customer side;
- open on the server and customer side, in a bridge set-up,
with liftable/lowerable cover;
- open on the server side, closed on the customer side.
Warming
appliances have three different types of super-
structure, which can all be fitted with heat lamps:
- open on the server and customer side;
- open on the server and customer side, in a bridge set-up;
- open on the server side, closed on the customer side.

Do not rest any objects
on top of
the glass super-
structure.

Heat lamps reach high temperatures when switch-
ing on and for a few minutes after being switched
off. Do not touch them with your hands or any
heat-sensitive objects.
Do not leave the lamps on after normal working
hours (3 hours for cooling appliances and 4 hours
for warming appliances).

UTILIZZO
1.2. CONOSCERE LA SOVRASTRUTTURA (SE
PRESENTE)
A seconda del modello possono essere montate sovra-
strutture di modello diverso, fare riferimento al modello in
proprio possesso.
Le apparecchiature
refrigerate
, a seconda del modello,
montano quattro diversi tipi di sovrastruttura, tutte con la
possibilità di essere illuminate con LED:
- aperta lato operatore e cliente;
- con 3 ripiani in vetro, con portine lato operatore e flaps,
portine scorrevoli, portine battenti o vetro chiuso dal lato
cliente;
- aperta lato operatore e cliente, a ponte, con cappottina
abbassabile/alzabile;
- aperta lato operatore, chiusa dal lato cliente.
Le apparecchiature
calde
montano tre diversi tipi di sovra-
struttura, tutte con la possibilità di montare lampade calde
(HOT) :
- aperta lato operatore e cliente;
- aperta lato operatore e cliente, a ponte;
- aperta lato operatore, chiusa dal lato cliente.

Le lampade calde, durante l’accensione e alcuni
minuti dopo lo spegnimento, raggiungono tempe-
rature elevate. Prestare attenzione a non avvicinare
ad esse le mani o oggetti sensibili al calore.
Non lasciare le luci accese oltre le normali ore di
servizio (3 ore per le apparecchiature refrigerate e 4
ore per le apparecchiature calde).

o per alzare/abbassare la cappottina di alcuni modelli)
