14. Remove the rudder from the fin. Remove each
CA hinge and push a T-pin through the center of
each CA hinge. Reinstall each hinge in the
trailing edge of the fin and push the hinge half
way in so the T-pin is flush against the trailing
edge. Then reinstall the rudder onto the CA
hinges and the rudder torque rod. Press the
rudder against the trailing edge of the fin and the
T-pins as shown below.
15. Remove the T-pins. Allow enough hinge gap to
ensure maximum control throws. Next, place 3-4
drops of thin CA on each side of all hinges. Do
not over soak the CA hinges. Glue may run out
and cause binding.
16. Remove the four screws and the nose gear
mounting plate from the bottom of the fuse.
17. Gather the nose gear parts below.
