20. Service-functions for assembly line
Assembly line test program:
-
Press program buttons S1 and S3 simultaneous and keep them pressed until the device is
switched ON by the ON/OFF switch S0.
-
For acknowledge, that the function assembly line test program is active, LED LD3 is
blinking.
This LED keeps on blinking during the whole program cycle.

The program starts automatically after 3 sec.
-
This specific assembly line program simulats a normal wash cycle and run analogus.

The program phase is displayed by PPD-LEDs LD9 to LD11
-
At least 3 seconds after power failure the full function is restarted.

The test program can be interrupted by opening the door.
-
During door open,the program LED LD3 is blinking and the related PPD-LED is ON.

The test program can only be terminated by an additional activation of button S3.

At the end of the test program, the LED LD3 is blinking and the PPD-LED End is ON.

In the assembly test program, the regeneration is run in any case, not only depending on
water consumption.
Adjust and recognise heating power:

The heating power is considered in the machine personalisation.

All machines equiped with EDW1000 will be build up with 10A heating element.
The assembly line test program takes approximately 16 minutes and proceeds as follows:
