CAUTION:
Different battery types or new and used batteries must not be used
together. Dissimilar batteries feature dissimilar qualities. Do not use
old and new batteries together. Combined use of old and new bat-
teries may shorten the life span of the new batteries and may cause
leakage of the old batteries. Upon disposal, adhere to the recycle and
environmental regulations of your respective country. Never throw
batteries into open fire.
NOTE:
The life span of enclosed batteries may be reduced due to storage.
1.
Open and remove the lid from the battery compartment.
2.
Place two batteries Type AAA/R03 (1. 5 V) in correct polarity (+ and
-) into the battery compartment. Always start with the negative
pole (-).
3.
Replace and close the battery compartment lid.
NOTE:
The signals of the remote control are transmitted to the DVD-Player by
infrared light. Ensure that the DVD-Player is not exposed to direct sun-
light. This may render the signal transmittal from the remote control
to the DVD-Player impossible.
Remote Control Range
To use the remote control point it toward the remote control sensor
located at the front of the unit. The distance between remote control
and sensor should not exceed 5 meters. The angle of the remote
control to the sensor should not exceed 30 degrees within right, left,
above and below.
