2.7 PCM-5865 and I/O Adapter Replacement

To replace or service the PCM-5865 (the all-in-one CPU board) and I/O
adapter, complete the following steps:

1. Power off the PPC-102.

2. Remove the rear protective cover.

3. Install the PCM-5865 in the panel and screw in the four screws.

4. When the PCM-5865 is mounted in the panel, plug and press the

adapter into the socket (see the assembly diagram below).

5. Some screws on your left hand side connect the I/O adapter to the PC,

and also connect the adapter to the PCM-5865. Screw the screws into
the panel.
