Facial Filterglass Frames
The facials contain three high-pressure (HID) Quartz Lamps.
Each HID lamp is covered by a special HID filter glass. Each
HID filter glass is held by a filter frame.
The filterglass frames must be disassembled, whenever you
want to replace a HID lamp or a HID filter glass.
Disassembly
 Disassemble the top plexi as described on page 30.
 Push the frames with one hand upwards to prevent it from
falling down when you loosen the quick connection.

Loosen the quick connection.

Tilt the filter frame downward and take it off.
Assembly

Fit the brackets of the filter frame into the openings of the
facial compartment.
 Tilt the frame upwards and hold tight with one hand to
prevent it from falling down.
 Fasten the quick connection of the filter frame.

Re-assemble the top plexi as described on page 31.
Facial Filters
The facial filter glasses must be replaced whenever they
become broken or defective.
NEVER USE SUNBEDS WITH DEFECTIVE OR
BROKEN FILTER GLASSES OR WITHOUT FILTER
GLASSES:
DISASSEMBLY
CAUTION
GLASS BREAKAGE!
Broken filter glasses may cause
serious hand cuts.
Wear protective gloves if
necessary.

Disassemble the filter frames as described on page 33.
 Store the filter frames on the sunbed with the filter glass
showing down to the sunbed.
 Push the latches of the filter brackets sideways.
 Remove the defective filter glass..
Assembly

Put in the new filter glass.

Turn the latches of the filter brackets back onto the filter.
 Assemble the filter frames as described on page 33.
