Top Plexi
The top plexi must be removed whenever you replace the
low-pressure lamps in the top or the high-pressure lamps in
the facials.
The top plexi must be replaced whenever it is damaged or
scratched.
Two (2) persons are necessary to remove the top plexi.
Disassembly
 Make sure that the mains disconnection switch cuts off the
unit from the mains supply and is secured with lock and
key against accidential activation of power supply.

Open the top.
 Disassemble the body cooling fan as described on page
27 to prevent the body cooling fan from getting damaged
during assembly and disassembly work at the top.
ATTENTION!
Cover the body cooling fan
stack to prevent screws or other
components from falling into the
fan stack.
 Cover the body cooling fan stack.

The top plexi is fixed in the front with a plexi rail.
This plexi rail is screwed to the top.
 One person holds the top plexi while the second persons
loosens the plexi rail. Hold tight to prevent the top plexi
from falling down.

Remove the five screws in the front plexi rail.

Lift the rail carefully from the plexi.
 Hold the top plexi with two persons while you let it down
carefully and rest it on the sunbed plexi.

Remove the plug of the control panel from of the
terminal.
 Pull off the plug of the display cable from the control
panel.
 Remove the top plexi.

Store the top plexi on a soft blanket or padding material.
 If you want to replace the plexi, remove the screws of the
control panel support.
 Pull the plug and the wires through the opening of the
control panel support and the top plexi.
 Remove the control panel and the control panel support.

Dispose of the defective top plexi.
