Assembly



Unpack the new sunbed plexi.



Remove the protective foil.



Push the sunbed plexi into its groove.



Protect the sunbed plexi against falling down by resting
it on the plexi support.



Put the Emergency Stop Button from above into the
sunbed plexi.



Turn the lock nut onto the Emergency Stop Button as
shown above.



Re-connect the Emergency Stop Button.



Turn the clamp at the Emergency Stop Button to the right
into position “2-“.



Turn the red knob of the Emergency Stop button
clockwise, to make sure that the Emergency Stop Button is
unlocked.

The Emergency Stop Button is reassembled.



Mount the body cooling fan support to the sunbed plexi.



Fasten the body cooling fan support.



Remove the cover from the body cooling fan stack.

Closing the Sunbed Plexi



Slightly lift the sunbed plexi.



Slightly lift the sunbed plexi support and then tilt it to the
left.



Put the sunbed plexi on the sunbed.



Assemble the body cooling fan as shown on page 27.



Fix the sunbed plexi with provided screws.
