Messages in all caps are generated by the ISDN network. Messages
with lower case letters are generated by the ISU 512e.

The DTE is in loopback mode.

The network interface is not active.

The ISU 512e has received an ISDN embedded operations channel
(EOC) loopback command from the network.

The ISU 512e has completed protocol negotiation with the network
switch and is ready to place/receive calls.

The ISU 512e has been set to perform a loopback in the network direc-
