ASSEMBLY
Handle Assembly
-quick clamp assembly (FIG. 2.1- FIG. 2.3)
You can rotate the quick release lock to adjust the tightness of the lock.(Fig 2.1)
And then lock the trigger to make the handle in position. (Fig 2.2-2.3)
Fit the cable holder (11) onto the upper handle bar from the switch side (Fig.7).
Lower handle assembly on the deck:
•
There is synbol R and L on surface of angle adjust block(9) and also on the
deck. So when fix the angle adjust block (9) to deck please note that the one
with R meet the R on deck, the other with L meet the L on deck. fig 3.1
•
Make sure the metal handle in the square slot of angle adjust block(9) fig 3.2
•
Insert the handle fix knob (8) from outside in the hole of machine body and
screw the knobbed bolt to fix it (Fig. 3.3-3.4).
•
Fix the cable to the handle by the clamps (12) (Fig. 7)
Grass Bas Assembly (FIG. 4.1-4.2)
•
Fix the metal frame inside the damping rims of cloth-bag
•
Mount the grass collector bag on the hooks on main body as shown in the
picture (Fig.4.2)
Height Adjustment (FIG. 5)
Rotate the height adjust knob to clockwise or unclockwise to adjust the
height
The working position can be lowered with increased knife and sprung tine wear.
Wear can be identified from an increas-ingly poor result.The readjusting depth
amounts to approx. 3 mm per setting. Use the millimeter scale readings for fine
setting.
The implement must be switched off to set the working position. The setting button
is not intended for height adjustment but rather to compensate for wear. Selection
of a readjustment position without the corresponding wear can overload the motor
and damage the cylinder.
Blade System Change (FIG. 6.1-6.5)
•
Use the wrench (15) provided to change the blade system while necessary.
•
Turn over the machine to motor side in dry place and loosen 2 bolts to take
them away (Fig. 6. 1).
•
Pull the flange of the blade system up horizontally from the coupling in the
machine body (Fig. 6. 2-6.3).
•
Pull the original blade system upward to detach it from the machine body (Fig. 6.
4).
•
Insert the raker blade system inside is the revised process of scarifier blade
system detached(fig.6.5)
