5. PASS condition setting
In the PASS condition setting, each comparator calculation result (HI, GO, and LO) is specified as
either PASS or not.
The PASS or FAIL judgment result can be known from the bit0 and bit1 values in the measurement
event register (MER).
The judgment result is FAIL when bit0 in MER is 1, and is PASS when bit1 in MER is 1.
Table 5-6 shows the PASS condition setting and PASS or FAIL judgment.
Example: In cases where the comparator calculation result HI is specified as the PASS condition but
LO and GO are not specified as the PASS condition, if a result is HI when the comparator
calculation is performed, the judgment is PASS. If a result is GO or LO, the judgment is
FAIL.
