console.
It should be ensured that the emergency stop buttons are not damaged and correctly
positioned (see Figure 2.1 and Figure 4.1). The buttons must be free of damage and depressed.

indicated by the arrow.
If necessary, clean the external casings of the System, especially when there are sub-
stances causing a corrosive effect. When cleaning the System, use 0.5 % soap solution of the
detergent.
Check the functionability of emergency stop buttons on the System (see Figure 2.1) and
on the control console (see Figure 4.1) as follows:
−
Switch on the System as stipulated in item 4.1;
−
Push the emergency stop button and ensure no power is supplied to the System. The
power indicators should become dim at that (see Figure 3.3 and 4.1);
−
Turn the button following the arrow on it;
−
Repeat the sequence for all emergency stop buttons.
The visual inspection should be performed only with the power
supply disabled.
NEVER ATTEMPT TO CLEAN OR HANDLE ANY PART OF THE
SYSTEM WHEN IT IS ENABLED.
Do not use cleaners or solvents of any kind.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY STOP BUTTONS AND LIGHT INDI-
