•
Your DVR may be equipped with a main power switch on the rear of the device, if present,
make sure it is in the “ON” position (the “I” symbol pushed down).
•
Check to make sure the power light on the front of the unit is on.
o
If there is no power light: Check to make sure the wall outlet you are using is working
by plugging in an appliance (such as a light) that you know works.
o
Check to see if there is 12vDC coming out of the DVR power supply using a multi-
meter. If there is no voltage, or the voltage is wrong, contact your distributor.
