Installing the Batteries 

The batteries may not be preinstalled in the meter. The meter requires two 1.5V 
AAA  batteries.  Please  find  the  batteries  in  your  carrying  case  and  install  them 
according to the following steps: 

1.  Turn  over  the  meter.  Slide  the  battery  cover  in  the  direction  of  the  arrow  to 

open it. 

 

2.  Insert two 1.5V AAA batteries on top of the plastic tape. 

 

 

3.  Close the battery cover until it snaps shut.
