Set the following parameters:
2.
Refer to the beginning of this section
to get further information about these
parameters.
RH Set Point —
This is the humidity level
above which high RH compensation func-
tions start. Adjustable from 20 to 99% of
humidity (select
“Off”
to disable all high RH
comp. functions).
• Minimum Vent On Time Compensation:
Relays —
Select the maximum amount of time
that can be added to the
“On Time”
portion of
the minimum ventilation timer that is used by
the on/off fans. *
This parameter is accessible if
the RH compensation on the “On Time” function is
enabled in section 4.6 and if on/off fans are used in
minimum ventilation.
V1 / V2 —
Select the maximum amount of
time that can be added to the
“On Time”
por-
tion of the minimum ventilation timer that is
used by the each variable output *
This param-
eter is accessible if the RH compensation on the “On
Time” function is enabled in section 4.6 and if the
variable ouptuts are used in minimum ventilation.
• Variable-Speed Fan Compensation
V1-2 Speed to Add —
This is the speed that
is added to the current speed of the variable
output when the RH level is 10% above the
RH set point. Set the compensation speed to
the desired value or select
“Off”
to disable
this function.*
This parameter is accessible if
RH compensation on variable outputs is enabled
in section 4.6.
V2 Start Speed (in min ventilation) —
Select
the speed at which variable output 2 starts
running, in minimum ventilation, when the RH
level is of 5% above the RH set point. *
This
parameter is accessible if a compensation speed is
specified above for variable output 2.
• Heater compensation
Minimum & Maximum On Times —
Set the
minimum and maximum
“On Times”
of the
heating timer. The minimum
“On Time”
starts
being used when indoor humidity levels reach
the RH set point; the maximum
“On Time”
is
used when humidity levels are 10% above the
RH set point. *
Accessible if RH compensation with
heating outputs is enabled in section 4.6.
Cycle Time: —
Set the
“Cycle Time”
of the
heating timer. *
Accessible if RH compensation
with heating outputs is enabled in section 4.6.
• Mist on Low Humidity Levels
Low Set Point —
Set the humidity level below
which misting units start running in timer
mode or select
“Off”
to disable this function.
*
This parameter is accessible if RH comp. on Low
RH levels is enabled in section 4.6.
On & Off Times —
Set the On and Off Times
of the misting timer. *
This parameter is acces-
sible if RH comp. on Low RH levels is enabled in
section 4.6.
• Mist & Kool-Cel® Shutoff —
Set the humid-
ity level above which the misting output and/
or the Kool-Cel® output stops or select
“Off”
to disable this function. *
These parameters are
accessible if the mist shutoff compensation and/or
Kool-Cel® shutoff option is enabled in sec. 4.6.
11. SOAKING
The controller can control one soaking output
to operate cleaning instruments. It automati-
cally activates this output in timer mode when
the clean mode starts. The user can also
specify the number of soaking cycles that
need to be performed or can choose to run
these cycles continuously.
Soaking Output LED
The Soaking Output LED located on the
faceplate of the controller tells the status of
soaking cycles:
LED is Off: Soaking output is off;
LED is On: On Time of a soaking cycle;
LED blinks: Off Time of a soaking cycle.
