Remove the screw that secures the interposer board to the optical
drive tray.

Pull the interposer board to remove it, then store the board in a
protective packaging.

Press downward on the side of the tray
(A)
and disengage the
drive from the two metal tabs on the opposite side of the tray
(B)
.

Lift the optical drive out of the tray
(C)
.
8
Store the optical drive tray for future use.
