Install the flex circuit cable retention clip. It snaps into place over 
the backplane and flex circuit cable. 

Connect Auxiliary Power Cables

Connect the auxiliary power cable to the 8-pin auxiliary power 
connector on the server board (A).

2

Connect the signal cable to the 5-pin signal connector on the 
server board (B).
