GE/Return Configuration
For applications that include a GE/Return airflow control valve, the GE/Return
Configuration menu item will become active and must be configured appropriately
to correspond to the AVT GE/Return valve.
Step 1:
Select Valve Size of the AVT GE/Return
Step 2
: Configure the GE/Return Analog Input (AI-
2) by first selecting the signal type that
corresponds to the GE/Return AVT AccuValve’s
analog output signal type. Then set the analog
input airflow volume scaling to correspond to the
GE/Return AVT AccuValve’s analog output airflow
volume scaling.
Step 3:
Configure the GE/Return Output Analog
Output (AO-2) by selecting the output signal type
and range that corresponds to the GE/Return AVT
AccuValve’s actuator control signal.
Step 4:
Select “Update Controller” to save changes.
6.5.3.1.4
Oth Exh/AccuNet Configuration
For applications that include Fume Hoods and/or other independently controlled
exhaust valves, this menu item will become active and must be configured
appropriately to correspond to the Fume Hood/Other exhaust valve.
Step 1:
Configure Analog Input (AI-3) signal type
and airflow scaling to correspond to the AVC
AccuValve’s output signal type and scaling. For
applications that use AccuNet to provide the total
sum of multiple exhaust valves, be sure to use the
AccuNet signal scaling.
Step 2:
Select “Update Controller” to save changes.
3 GE/Return Configuration
Note:
Before proceeding, verify
the GE/Return AVT AccuValve is
connected to the AVR6000 and make
note of the AVT AccuValve’s size,
analog output signal type, signal
scaling and actuator control signal.
4 Oth Exh/AccuNet Configuration
Note:
Before proceeding, verify the
Fume Hood/Other AVC AccuValve is
connected to the AVR6000 and make note
of the AVC AccuValve’s analog output
signal type and signal scaling.
