For applications that use the ARS Room Temperature
Sensor, select “2 ARS Select Configuration” from the
AVR6000 Configuration menu and proceed as follows.
Step 1:
After selecting “2 ARS Select Configuration”, a
picture of the ARS2 model will appear. Verify the picture
matches the ARS2 model that has been provided. If model
ARS1 has been provided, you will need to select the ARS1
options that match the model provided. The following
example is based on model ARS2x-DMS.
Step 2:
Select “Configure ARS2”
Step 3:
Configure the following display parameters:
Display Mode
: Show/Hide Active Mode Status
Background Color
: Set display
background color
Text Color
: Set display text color
Display Decimal
: Set room temp. value
to display integer or with one decimal
Humidity:
Show/hide room RH
Heating Icon:
Show/hide heating icon
Heating Setpoint:
Show/hide heating
setpoint.
Cooling Icon:
Show/hide cooling icon
Cooling Setpoint:
Show/hide cooling
setpoint
Motion:
Select to activate or deactivate the motion sensor
Note
: If motion sensor is activated, it must be configured in the “Control
Setpoints” menu.
Setpoint Adjust Range
: Enter the total range of setpoint adjustment that is to be
provided by the slider. The following example shows how the Setpoint Adjust
Range is applied to the active setpoints:
Room Temp Heating Setpoint = 74
Room Temp Cooling Setpoint = 78
Setpoint Adjustment Range = +/- 2.5 deg.
