Managers mode is used to setup initial operational parameters for the appliance prior to the first time of production use.
Manager’s mode
1. Entering Managers mode, press and hold the
DOWN arrow key
and the
Asterisk key
for about eight
seconds, to initiate the programming mode for changing controller operating function parameters. In Manager’s
mode, the first field displayed, on the four-digit display, will be the
P# = 1
, DEFAULT COOK TEMP.

The first field displayed, on the four-digit display, will be the P# = 1 Default Cook Temp. (See Fig. 5)
3. To manage the parameters, use
Up Arrow key
and
Down Arrow key
to increment and decrement the
Parameter Number, and use
Preset 2 key
and
Asterisk key
increment and decrement the Parameter Value.
4.
To change the default set temperature display refer to step 3 and set the selected value. ( See Fig.6)
5. When all changes are completed Exit the Managers mode and save the new parameters by pressing the
Preset
