6.7 Cleaning
Utility
When the cleaning utility is selected, a sub menu is
displayed, allowing you to reset the cleaning counter or
start cleaning.
Touch “Cleaning Execution” to clean the probe tip with
the cleaning unit or the cleaning wafer, as per the
cleaning parameters.
When the <Cleaning Counter Clear> button is touched,
the screen shown on the left is displayed. Select the
counter for the cleaning unit or the cleaning wafer, and
touch the <Cleaning Execution> button to reset the
counter.

Version
This screen is used to check the version of the prober
control program.
