2.1 Screen Display and Operations Prior to Starting Lot Processing
The Prober Status screen is displayed upon completion of initialization.
<Lot Settings>
button:
Touch to display the lot setting screen.
<Device Parameter Change>
button:
Touch to edit Device parameters.
<Operation Settings>
button:
Touch to display the operation setting screen.
<Card Change>
button:
Turn this button on before replacing the probe card.
<Screen Change>
button:
Switches the display on the screen between Prober Status, Lot Information and Loader
Status. (When wafer testing begins, the Wafer Map screen also becomes available.)
<Utility>
button:
Provides access to various supplementary functions. (Refer to Chapter 6 for details.)
<Start>
button:
Touch to start the lot processing.
<Loader SW>
button:
Touch to perform wafer sensing.
