Error resolution and maintenance
Under certain circumstances, malfunctions may occur during operation of the Wallbox eM4 Single that prevent or restrict charging. In
addition, components may be damaged and must be repaired or replaced if necessary.

Ordering spare parts
To order spare parts, you will need to create a corresponding support ticket in the
Service > Support > Spare parts
the ABL website. In addition to your address data, enter the product number of the spare part and the desired quantity. If you do
not know the product number, you can include a product description of the spare part and, if necessary, send a file with additional
information (e.g. a photo). In the even of queries, the service team will contact you.
