Incorrect power
output.
• Incorrect selection of welding procedure or
defective selector switch.
• Select the correct welding procedure.
• Incorrect parameter settings and system
functions.
• Reset the system and reset the welding
parameters.
• Potentiometer/main controller for
regulating the welding current defective.
• Replace the damaged part.
• Have the system repaired by the customer
service department.
• Mains voltage outside of the range of the
permissible operating voltage.
• Connect system correctly.
• Failure of one phase.
• Connect system correctly.
• Electronics are defective.
• Have the system repaired by the customer
service department.
Wire feeder blocked.
• Torch button defective.
• Replace the damaged part.
• Have the system repaired by the customer
service department.
• Rolls are not functioning properly or are
worn.
• Replace rolls.

• Replace the spool.
• Torch tip melted (wire sticks to tip).
