Fault codes
Once the self-supervision system has detected
an internal relay fault, the IRF indicator on the
front panel of the relay module is lit. At the same
time the self-supervision alarm relay that is
normally picked up, drops off. In most situa-
tions a fault code appears on the display of the
relay module. This fault code consists of a red
number one (1) and a green code number that
identifies the fault type. The fault codes should
be recorded and stated when service is ordered.
The table below lists some of the fault codes of
the combined overcurrent and earth-fault relay
module SPCJ 4D28/E351.
