GUARANTEE
ABB JOKAB SAFETY guarantees that the products are free from material or performance defects for one (12)
months (or other period if stated) from date of purchase from ABB JOKAB SAFETY.
ABB JOKAB SAFETY DISCLAIMS GUARANTEES OF ALL KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ON NON
INFRINGEMENT, SALEABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES WHERE THE BUYER OR USER
ALONE DETERMINES WHETHER THE PRODUCTS MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OR ARE SUITABLE FOR A
SPECIFIC PURPOSE. ABB JOKAB SAFETY OFFERS NO ADDITIONAL GUARANTEES, EITHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ABB JOKAB SAFETY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR SPECIFIC, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE,
LOSS OF REVENUE OR BUSINESS OF ANY KIND IN RELATION TO THESE PRODUCTS, IRRESPECTIVE OF
SUCH A CLAIM BEING BASED ON AN AGREEMENT, GUARANTEE, CARELESSNESS OR PURE LIABILITY.
Under no circumstances, can ABB JOKAB SAFETY's liability exceed the cost of the individual product for which
liability is cited.
ABB JOKAB SAFETY IS NOT LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY GUARANTEE, REPAIR OR
OTHER CLAIMS WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCTS IF ABB JOKAB SAFETY’S ANALYSIS CONFIRMS THAT
THE PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN CORRECTLY HANDLED, STORED, INSTALLED OR MAINTAINED OR
SUBJECTED TO DAMAGE, INCORRECT USAGE OR INAPPROPRIATE MODIFICATION OR REPAIR.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY
ABB JOKAB SAFETY is not liable for compliance with standards, regulations or directives that apply for product
combinations in the customer's application or product usage. ABB JOKAB SAFETY will supply, on customer
request, certification documents from a third party with data on classification and usage limitations for the products.
This information is not in itself sufficient for a complete assessment of the suitability of the products in combination
with the end product, machinery, system or other application or usage.
Please see below several examples of application areas where particular attention must be observed. This is not a
complete list of all possible application areas for the products, nor is it claimed that the application areas named are
suitable for the products in question:
Outdoor use, application areas that entail risk of chemical contamination or electric shocks or conditions or
application areas that are not described in this manual.
Control systems for nuclear power, combustion systems, railway systems, aviation systems, medical equipment,
slot machines, vehicles and installations that are subject to separate industry directives or national regulations.
Systems, machinery and equipment that can comprise danger to life or property.

AND IS PROPERLY INSTALLED FOR THE USE INTENDED AS PART OF EQUIPMENT OR SYSTEMS.
