9.7 Special tools
General
All service instructions contain lists of tools required to perform the specified
activity. The required tools are a sum of standard tools, defined in the section
Standard toolkit on page 324 , and of special tools, listed directly in the instructions
and also gathered in this section.

If the replacing procedure is not listed in the table below, only standard tools are
needed for the procedure.

Calibration tool box, Axis Calibration 3HAC074119-001
Delivered as a set of calibration tools.
Required if Axis Calibration is the valid calibration
method for the robot.
Sonic tension meter -
Used for measuring the timing belt tension.
Dynamometer -
Used for measuring the timing belt tension.
Axis-2 radial sealing assembly tool 3HAC082535-001
Axis-4 radial sealing assembly tool 3HAC082535-003
Radial sealing pressfit tool 3HAC082535-002
Special toolkit 3HAC071022-001
Includes M12 connector assembly tool and Brake release
button assembly tool.
