The telegrams of the object during operation are sent cyclic on the bus.
The parameter specifies the time interval from which a new sending of the telegrams occurs.

The parameter is used to specify whether an Off or an On telegram is sent cyclic on the KNX
bus via communication object "HB: In operation" during the parameterized time.
