Warranty
WARRANTY PERIOD
1. If the product has any performance failure stated in the “ironing center malfunction table”
within 7 days from the date of purchase and after the “smart after-sales center” checking and
diagnosis, it will be provided a free exchange or replacement service.
2. If the product has any performance failure established in the “ironing center malfunction table”
within 8-15 days from the purchase date and after the “smart after-sales center” checking and
diagnosis, exchange or replacement service will be provided.
3. If the product has any performance errors set in the “ironing center malfunction table” within
24 months from the date of purchase and after the “smart after-sales center” checking and
diagnosis, it will be provided a free maintenance service.
Remember: to make use of the guarantee, the packaging box, as well as the transport box, must
be kept for at least 30 days from the date of purchase.
NO WARRANTY CLAUSE
1. Maintenance not authorized by ABANTERA , misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, liquid penetration,
accident, alteration, incorrect use of other accessories, breakage and alteration of the label.
2. Damage caused by force majeure, power surges, floods, lack of ventilation, humidity and heat
sources.
3. Performance failures caused by the manipulation of the product by unauthorized personnel, as
well as, the use of any accessory that is not original.
4. Use of water from the water network to fill the clean water tank of the main unit, only the
product that has been used with special water for ironing will enter into guarantee.
