Solution
There is no power or it
does not heat up..
1.Check the fuse or replace it with a new one of the same
amperage..
2. Try another type of electronic device in the outlet, as it may be
the outlet that is faulty.
3. Check that the general home automatic has not tripped
4. Make sure the main unit is turned on by pressing the on /
off button.
5. Check that the MIN position is not selected on the
temperature dial.
Overheating or not
getting hot enough.
1. Adjust the temperature dial to make sure the selected
program matches the one recommended on the garment.
2. Let the ironing unit reach the selected temperature and stabilize
for 1-2 minutes, if it has just been plugged in or if it has just
been deactivated from the automatic shutdown.
No or little steam.
1. Check that there is enough water in the tank.
2. If the main unit’s automatic shut-off function has been
activated, activate the iron and allow it to reach temperature
before using the steam.
The unit occasionally
makes a pumping
sound during steam
ironing.
1. This is normal and is caused by the water being pumped
through the steam generator. The pump is controlled by the
unit automatically to maintain the boiler pressure.
