CPU Speed Locking Configuration
The maximum power (and hence the operating frequency) of the processor depends
on the ability of the thermal solution to dissipate the heat generated by the processor.
The processor will throttle its operating frequency to keep the junction temperature
below the maximum level.
In many applications, throttling is not desirable, since it can lead to non-
deterministic operation. The SBC329 therefore has a feature that allows the user to
lock the operating frequency of the processor at a known value, to mitigate the
effects of thermal throttling.

which will allow the user to choose a suitable locking frequency if required.
