Vs3 is used primarily to supply the primary power (VPWR) rail to the XMC site. Ensure that any
XMC used does not cause the specified maximum supply current to be exceeded. It may not be
possible to support all XMCs within this limit.
Vs3 is also used to supply power to the USB ports, so the current consumption will depend on
system loads.
