Call Waiting
Call Waiting* - While on a call and
the Call Waiting tone sounds, press
to answer (page 15).
Directory - Press to view saved
names and numbers (page 19).
Save - Press to confirm changes
and store names and numbers in
the Directory or Services List.
Delete - Press to remove
entries when displayed in the
Callers List, Directory,
Redial List or Services List.
Talk - Press to answer calls and
dial numbers appearing on the
display or when display is blank
for dial tone.
Hold - Press once to place a call
on Hold; press again to take a call
off Hold. Also used to add a
pause when entering Directory
items.
Antenna
Multipurpose Light -
When the Handset is in
the Base, flashes at
various speeds or lights
solid to indicate the status
of a call (page 28).
Callers* - Press to
display the names/
numbers stored in the
Callers List (page 17).
Direction arrows -
Press Up/Down arrows
to scroll through lists. Use
the left arrow to edit
entries and the right
arrow to view further
display information.
Redial - Press to access
list of outgoing numbers
(page 14).
Goodbye - Press to
end calls and exit lists.
Dial pad - Enter names,
numbers and special
characters.
Services* - When Handset is idle, press
to access a list of telephone company
services (page 21).
Flash - Used with Call Waiting* and
3 Way Calling* while on a call.
Handset/Ringer Volume -
Press bottom for lower
volume; press top for higher
volume (page 25).
Options - Press to access
the Options list (page 10).
Mute - Press so callers
cannot hear you; press again
when you wish them to
hear you (page 13).
Battery cover - Slide
cover down to replace
battery pack.
Press any key to answer a call!
