Press the
c
key on the Handset to access the Callers List. Up to
30 incoming calls may be stored in the list. This valuable feature helps you
organize your calls by monitoring their status. Easy to understand messages
and icons keep you informed about who called, when they called, how
often they tried to reach you, and even if you returned the call!
Although the display will guide you
through all functions, the following
will assist you in using the Callers
List.
— You must subscribe to a
service from your telephone
company in order for a name
and number to be displayed.
— Press
[
or
]
to move through
the Callers List. If
...
appears
on the Handset’s display, press
>
to view further information
on that call.
—
XX New Callers
appears
when the Handset is idle,
indicating the number of new
or unviewed calls.
— Dial a call automatically by
pressing
t
on the
Handset when the name/
number is on the display.
— When the list is full, the oldest
call is deleted to make room
for the newest call. The
number of calls removed is
shown on the display:

— Use
s
to quickly add
a Callers List number to your
Directory.
— Erase individual callers from
the list by pressing
d
twice when the name/number
is on the display.
— Erase all callers by pressing
d
twice when
Callers list=XX
is
displayed.
— Use
g
or
c
to exit the list when not on a
call.
