13.2 Reminder
The phone can be set to remind you at any time within the next 24 hours
(multiple settings are allowed).
13.2.1 Programming Reminder
To program the Reminder, do the following:
1. Dial * 32 * .
2. Enter Reminder time and press # . Valid numbers are (00-23) hour + (00-59)
minute. When the time is reached your phone rings with a recall signal.
Note: If you receive a busy tone, your extension does not have the
authority to set a Reminder
3. Press C to finish the programming.
13.2.2 Canceling Reminder
To cancel the Reminder, do the following:
1. Dial # 32 # to cancel all settings.
2. Press C to finish the procedure.
13.3 Door Phone
The door phone is used to monitor the admission to your company, that is, you
can open the door lock from your phone.
13.3.1 Answering Door Phone calls
To answer a door phone call, do the following:
Lift the handset. You will be in speech connection with the calling party.
13.3.2 Opening of the Door Lock
After you have answered the door phone, you can open the door by making
an inquiry to the door-opener’s directory number.
To open the door, do the following:
